Love being back on track!

This week has been awesome! I've been eating the right amount of calories, made up of the right foods...I got in 3 workouts, and I'm done from 208.6 on Sunday to 203.6...5 POUNDS!!! Can I get an Amen?! Now lets see if I can keep this up and get below 200lbs...for the first time since I was next week. How has your week been? Why?
